Publication Process
Submit Paper
Submit your full paper through the Microsoft CMT submission system following the IEEE template.
Blind Review
Each paper undergoes double-blind peer review by at least 3 expert reviewers.
Decision
Authors receive detailed reviewer feedback along with accept/revision/reject decision.
Camera Ready
Accepted authors submit the final camera-ready version with IEEE copyright form.
IEEE Xplore
Published papers are indexed in IEEE Xplore Digital Library after the conference.

Publication Policies
Double Blind Review
- All submitted papers undergo double-blind peer review
- Author identities are not revealed to reviewers
- Minimum 3 reviewers per paper
- Detailed constructive feedback provided
Plagiarism Policy
- All submissions checked using iThenticate
- Maximum 20% similarity allowed
- Self-plagiarism is also checked
- Immediate rejection for violations
Publication Ethics
- Adherence to IEEE PSPB Operations Manual
- All authors must consent to submission
- Concurrent submission not allowed
- Paper must not be under review elsewhere
Copyright
- IEEE Copyright Form must be submitted
- Transfer of copyright to IEEE upon acceptance
- Authors retain right to use in teaching
- Open access options available
